Once the key box is booked, enter your guest’s email address to automatically send them an access code. They can collect the keys at any time and return them at the end of their stay using the same code.
Yes, you can retrieve a forgotten item by submitting a request through our contact form. A fee of 10 € per day will apply for storage starting the day after your booking ends, plus a 50 € administrative fee. After 2 months without a claim, the item will be considered abandoned.
Yes, the location is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
